Conclusive Enforcement: If internal network audits, hardware profiling, or administrative cross-referencing identify a premium role or asset tied to an alternate account architecture, both the primary account and all secondary accounts will be instantly and permanently blacklisted from all giveaways, services, and server networks. All capital spent on those accounts is immediately forfeited.

The Site facilitates peer-to-peer transfers of virtual, fictional in-game items specifically tied to the third-party software environment Roblox Jailbreak (the "Digital Assets"). You acknowledge that these assets are entirely intangible digital configurations with zero real-world liquid value or guaranteed conversion rates.

RISK OF LOSS TRANSFERS UPON DELIVERY. The Company's liability regarding any Digital Asset terminates completely the exact microsecond the item is successfully transferred to your designated in-game account.

We are completely insulated from any subsequent events. We are NOT responsible, nor will any refunds or replacements be issued, if:

• Your third-party account is subsequently banned, wiped, locked, or moderated by Roblox Corporation.
• The items are lost due to third-party software glitches, rolling database rollbacks, server exploitation, or account hijacking.
• Roblox Corporation alters Jailbreak game mechanics, making an item obsolete, untradable, or reduced in perceived value.

By completing the initial purchase via our ticket system or checkout arrays, you grant us explicit, perpetual advance authorization to charge your designated payment instrument (fiat, crypto, or virtual assets) on a recurring basis until you execute a valid cancellation.

To effectively halt an automated renewal charge, you must execute a formal cancellation request via your account billing portal or an active administrative ticket no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled renewal timestamp.

Continued subscription following a perk adjustment indicates absolute satisfaction; no compensation or retroactive credits will be issued.

The acquisition of any monthly paid tier provides cosmetic, social, and structural access within our platform, including a fixed number of bonus giveaway entries (Tier 1: 2 entries, Tier 2: 3 entries, Tier 3: 4 entries — entries do not stack across tiers). It does NOT modify, guarantee, or structurally influence the mathematical probability of winning randomized server drawings or promotional giveaways. Any claims of "false advertising" regarding giveaway outcomes are contractually void.

Paid promotional campaigns, server broadcasts, and ad slots are provided strictly on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" distribution basis.

The Company guarantees only that your advertisement will be broadcasted to the designated slots for the agreed duration. We provide zero warranties, benchmarks, or minimum guarantees regarding user engagement, click-through rates, or the number of joins your community receives. You are purchasing exposure space, not guaranteed traffic.

Any external server, product, or service submitted for hosting that violates the external Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, or local laws will be summarily rejected or deleted without warning. If your community is flagged or deleted by Discord mid-campaign due to your own compliance failures, you completely forfeit your advertising capital with zero refund eligibility.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, continuous toxicity, disrespect, or administrative obstruction directed at our operators, staff, or community frameworks.

The Discretionary Denial Rule: We retain the unchallengeable right to instantly terminate active advertising campaigns, strip monthly roles, and deny ongoing services to any user who exhibits disruptive or disrespectful conduct. This administrative action is executive, final, and entirely exempt from refund compensation.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the instantaneous provisioning of automated monthly digital roles, immediate visibility of promotional advertising, and irreversible execution of virtual item transfers, this platform maintains an ironclad, absolute NO-REFUNDS, NO-EXCHANGES, and NO-RETURNS policy.

No financial exceptions exist. A refund will never be processed unless explicitly declared, documented, and signed in writing by the direct Owner of the platform.

Your paid privileges are entirely contingent upon your compliance with community regulations. If your account is kicked, banned, muted, or restricted due to server rule violations, toxicity, harassment, or general nuisance behavior (regardless of whether it is categorized as intentional trolling or non-troll misconduct), or if you voluntarily choose to leave our servers, you automatically and completely forfeit all active monthly roles, pending asset balances, future discounts, and paid advertising slots. No compensation, substitution, or restitution will be provided under any circumstances.

Any attempt to circumvent this No-Refund policy by launching an unauthorized transaction dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal request with a bank, credit card network, or digital processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) constitutes a material breach of this contract and an act of intentional civil fraud.

The Evidentiary Standard: You explicitly agree that our internal database logs, transactional support tickets, chat transcripts, and captured media recordings of in-game trades constitute conclusive, unchallengeable, and definitive legal proof of service delivery.

Your continued interaction with our web interfaces, ticket platforms, or discord nodes following updates indicates your unconditional, retroactive acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any single section, clause, sentence, or sub-point of this Agreement is declared invalid, illegal, or completely unenforceable by an authorized court of law, that specific segment shall be modified to the absolute minimum extent required to make it enforceable. If it cannot be made enforceable, it shall be severed entirely, and its removal shall have zero structural effect on the remaining sections of this Agreement, which will remain fully active, valid, and legally binding.
