Our position

AtlasBlox respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

Filing a takedown notice

The fastest way to file is our intake form, which captures every element required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) and routes your notice directly to our takedown queue:

You can also email support@atlasblox.com with:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL(s) on AtlasBlox where the material is located.
• Your name, address, phone, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice to the same email with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeat valid takedown notices will be terminated in line with our Terms of Service.

AtlasBlox is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Badimo, or any of their trademarks. References to Roblox or Jailbreak items are nominative and used solely to describe player-to-player trades.
