Which Jailbreak vehicles are actually worth holding

A vehicle still sold in game has unlimited supply and will never appreciate much. The moment a vehicle goes off sale, supply is fixed and slow decline in circulation starts pushing value up.

This is why players stock up on vehicles rumoured to be leaving. Getting that timing right is the single largest source of profit in Jailbreak trading.

Vehicles that are genuinely good for robbing and escaping stay in demand for years, because new players keep arriving and wanting them. Vehicles that are purely a flex tend to have spiky demand tied to whatever is fashionable.

If you plan to trade regularly, weight your inventory toward things people actually drive.

Event vehicles arrive with a burst of hype, peak within weeks, and then usually settle well below their launch value. A year or two later, the good ones climb again as supply thins out.

Buying one at peak hype is the most reliable way to lose value in this game. Buying one six months after the event is often the best entry point.

Liquidity means how quickly you can convert an item back into something else. A pile of mid-value, high demand vehicles is far more useful than one enormous item nobody can afford to take off you.

A reasonable rule is to keep no single item above roughly a third of your total inventory value unless you are happy to hold it long term.

Sell into hype, not out of boredom. If an item's trend has been rising for a few weeks and people are actively asking for it, that is the window. Waiting for the absolute top usually means missing the exit.
