How buying Jailbreak items with real money works
Buying an item for real money sounds risky if you have never done it. The part that makes it safe is simple: the item is handed to you in a normal in-game trade that you approve, and nobody ever touches your account.
Here is the full process, step by step, and what should make you walk away if it does not match.
Step one, picking items
You add items to a basket the same way as any store. Prices are tied to current in-game values, so they move when values move. Stock matters here: an item shown as out of stock cannot be delivered right away no matter what you pay.
Step two, checkout
At checkout you confirm your Roblox username and how to reach you. That username is what the staff member searches for in game, so a typo is the single most common cause of a slow delivery.
Payment methods vary. Crypto payments are confirmed by network confirmations rather than instantly, so a short wait is normal and does not mean anything went wrong.
Step three, the ticket
A support ticket opens with your order attached. This is the only place the trade is coordinated. Everything you need is in there: order contents, payment status, and the staff member handling it.
Any conversation about your order that happens outside that ticket, in direct messages from a stranger, is not part of the order.
Step four, delivery
A staff member joins your server, sends a trade with exactly the items on your order, and you accept it. Read the trade window before confirming, the same as any other trade.
If anything is missing or wrong, say so in the ticket before accepting. Fixing it before the trade completes is trivial; fixing it afterwards is not.
What should never happen
Treat any of the following as a reason to stop immediately.
- Someone asks for your Roblox password or a login code.
- You are asked to send an item first before receiving your order.
- Payment is requested outside the checkout you started.
- Delivery is moved off the ticket into private messages.
Common questions
How long does delivery take?
Usually a few minutes once payment is confirmed and a staff member is free. Crypto orders wait on network confirmations first.
Do I need to give account access?
Never. Delivery is a standard in-game trade that you accept yourself.
What if the item goes out of stock after I pay?
You are offered a replacement of equal value or a refund. Raise it in the ticket.
